Members of staff may punch-in and/or punch-out from their workstations using the Dakar Online Clockings Management system. The system also allows users to amend preivious days’ clockings in case of need, subject to authorization by each employee’s manager. Managers can also view departmental clockings.
If an employee amends any previous days’ clockings, the system will automatically send an email to the employee’s manager to inform him/her of this change. The system will automatically send back an email to the employee once the manager has authroized, rejected or changed the clocking of that employee.
