When employees arrive late at work, it is quite probable that the first impulse will be of not swiping in. Afterwards, when the missing swipes are traced, employees blame the clocking device of not registering the swipe.
Receipt Printers are used in conjunction with any clocking device and allows the employees to collect a receipt confirming their swipe. If needed, this receipt is then used as a proof of swipe. |
