Now staff can punch-in and -out from their workstations using the Dakar Online Clockings Management system. The system allows users to amend previous clockings subject to authorisation. Managers can also view departmental clockings.
If an employee amends any previous clockings, the system will automatically send an email to management to inform them of this change. The system will automatically send back an email to the employee once the manager has authorised, rejected or changed the clocking time of that employee.
