How to setup the Dakar Customer Portal

for on-site Installations

I confirm and understand that:

A person having administrative rights to the environment on which the system is hosted will be present during the ‘End of Year’ setup process. A person responsible for the system at my company will be present at all times during the ‘End of Year’ setup process to confirm all the settings changed during the ‘End of Year’ setup process.

Direct access to the server, with a user having administrative rights, on which the system is hosted on will be provided during the ‘End of Year’ setup process and adequate storage space for backup purposes is available.

Dakar Software Systems and its employees will not be held responsible for any mis-configuration whatsoever. Any changes in rates after the ‘End of Year’ setup process has been complete is not the responsibility of Dakar Software Systems or its employees, however, assistance is available via chat - through the website www.dakarsoftware.com, phone - 21374078 or email:

Due to the COVID-19 situation the ‘End of Year’ setup is to be carried out remotely. In case remote access is not available, on-site assistance may be requested however Dakar Software Systems should be informed in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the appointment and all necessary Health and Safety precautions are to be taken. A higher rate is applicable for On-Site assistance.
